Audiophilio is made by one person. Every message is read and answered directly — no ticket queue, no bot.
Bugs, measurement questions, hardware compatibility, purchase and restore issues. Include your device model and app version and the answer comes back faster.
SUPPORT@AUDIOPHIL.IOReview access, interview requests, feature ideas, partnerships, and anything that doesn't fit a support ticket. The press kit has the facts, assets, and screenshots.
Microphone access, measurement accuracy, LiDAR support, iCloud sync, restoring Premium, and Shared Test Tracks are all covered on the Support page. Hardware and setup questions — microphones, hubs, cables, latency — are on the Hardware Guide.
Send the device (iPhone 15 Pro, M2 iPad Pro, Mac mini), the OS version, the app version, the tool you were in, and what you expected instead. Screenshots help. If a measurement looks wrong, note which microphone was active — the app shows it in every tool's toolbar.
Describe the measurement or the decision you're trying to make, not just the control you want. Most of what's shipped since 1.1 started as a message from someone using the app in a room the developer has never seen.
Use Report on any shared track, room, system, or profile in the app — reported content is hidden immediately and reviewed within 24 hours. "Report a Problem" is also available in Settings.
Connect with fellow Audiophilio users — share your system builds, ask questions, swap tips, and help shape where the app goes next.
